**Some of what you will do**
As the Retail Operations Coordinator, you bring alive the promise of work, learn, grow for our customers by supporting day to day store communications and ensuring stores are customer ready, every day. You will streamline communication to ensure consistent execution across our 300+ stores and ensure that they are prepared for promotions and equipped to drive core metrics for the business. You will have an opportunity to work cross functionally to assist in the creation of tools that drive sales and customer experience, including playbooks, breakroom boards, flyer and various internal microsites. With a large scope of impact and partnerships with a variety of stakeholders, each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Organize daily communications, assess submitted message content, edit messages for clarity and accuracy and strategize the release of the messages using our communication channels.
- Assess, organize and coordinate executable items for store associates.
- Support execution for all our stores and provide follow-up and reporting on exceptions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to consult and coach on program launches or major initiatives and related communications to the field, and to produce content for breakroom boards.
- Execute various recognition programs for field-level associates.
- Assist in the creation and documentation of customer experience processes and initiatives
- Assist in the analysis of various data sets including operational metrics, customer experience, sales incentive and associate selling successes and opportunities. Also assist in the creation and reporting of contests to drive sales for retail associates.
- Coordinate with various business partners to collect information to support the development of operational playbooks and other sales driving tools.
- Support customer experience reporting needs for all functional areas of the business and data management.

**Some of what you need**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Post Secondary degree. Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (including power point, publisher, word, excel)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset
- Demonstrated bias for action, attention to detail, effective prioritization and flawless execution
- Collaboration and service orientation
