With warehouse facilities in both countries and representatives covering all regions, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

For this role, **we’ll look to you to**:

- Process purchase orders accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain meticulous records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels using software systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and track shipments for timely delivery.
- Manage logistics communication between brokers and forwarders to facilitate transportation of goods.
- Maintain a shipment tracker to monitor delivery schedules and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and prioritize requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing team, including organizing meetings and handling correspondence.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is an asset.
- Proficiency in purchasing software or ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data.
- Understanding of procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude.
