Job Title: Project Manager - CarbinX Carbon Capture Systems Deployment and Management

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the deployment and management of CarbinX carbon capture systems in various countries, ensuring successful implementation of projects from initiation to completion.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and integration of project activities.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize potential disruptions.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders at regular intervals.

Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear and timely communication to ensure project objectives are met.

Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, offering expertise in the plumbing and heating industry as it relates to carbon capture systems.

Collaborate with research and development teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in carbon capture technologies, incorporating relevant knowledge into project strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing complex projects within the plumbing and heating industry.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively to project sites in various countries, as required.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Knowledge of carbon capture technologies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
