Project Manager

The Project Manager - Fabrication is responsible for overseeing and managing the fabrication process for various projects, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that fabrication activities are aligned with the project scope and client expectations. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating between design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure the successful delivery of fabrication projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain cost estimates in alignment with project management strategies and schedules to support engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects
- Prepare project plans, presentations, and documents, and conduct audits and reviews with the team and clients
- Coordinate work with other project groups to identify needs, requirements, interfaces, and work direction
- Track project performance and analyzing deliverables against requirements
- Ensure that all budgetary objectives are met, adjusting as needed
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team and clients
- Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for projects
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that final products meet client specifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with installation teams
**Education and Certification Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in fabrication or manufacturing environments
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
**Prerequisite Skills/Experience**:
- Strong communication abilities exhibited by developed client relationships
- Experience in the fabrication and printing industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive and professional attitude
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
- Team player
- Proficiency with information systems i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Slack, Project Management
- Energetic and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
