**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries related to inventory levels, pricing, and product details.**

**2. Guide and efficiently process customer purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.**

**3. Address shipping inquiries and promptly respond to questions regarding order status.**

**4. Provide exceptional support to sales representatives and customers, catering to general inquiries in both English and French.**

**6. Prioritize and promptly respond to internal and external customer inquiries, ensuring the best possible resolution in both English and French.**

**7. Assist customers in navigating product support websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.**

**8. Handle inbound and outbound calls proficiently in both English and French.**

**9. Review and report on daily sales profit margins, contributing to overall business insights.**

**10. Conduct monthly Vendor Compliance and scorecard investigations, ensuring adherence to company standards.**

**11. Process Return of Materials, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transactions.**

**12. Adhere to company policies and existing controls, ensuring compliance and integrity in all interactions.**

**13. Comfortably provide constructive feedback to the department manager, contributing to continuous improvement.**

**1. Communication Skills: The ability to communicate fluently in both English and French is essential for this role. A bilingual Customer Success Specialist must be able to convey information effectively and clearly to customers and colleagues.**

**3. Problem-Solving: Customer Success Specialists need to be skilled at identifying and resolving customer issues effectively. This includes addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and finding appropriate solutions to meet customer demands.**

**Functional Competencies**:
**1. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's products, inventory levels, pricing, and product details is crucial for assisting customers accurately and promoting sales.**

**2. Order Processing: Proficiently processing customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, and timely delivery are essential functional competencies for a Customer Success Specialist.**

**3. Sales Support: Providing exceptional support to sales representatives and customers, including handling general inquiries in both languages, is a critical aspect of this role.**

**4. Data Analysis: Reviewing and reporting on daily sales profit margins and conducting monthly Vendor Compliance investigations require the ability to analyze data and provide valuable business insights.**

**5. Compliance and Record Keeping: Adhering to company policies and existing controls, processing Return of Materials, and maintaining accurate records are functional competencies that ensure smooth transactions and uphold organizational integrity.**

**$55,000 - $60,000 Annually**
