We have an exciting opportunity for a Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Langley, BC.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.

**Shift Schedule**: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work with all departments to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and providing value to our customers
- Ensure smooth sales, order, and return process by effective communication internally and with customers.
- Quotation follow up, understanding our offering vs competitors to obtain purchase order
- Travel to meet with customers to understand their business and their aluminum requirements.
- Day to day communication with customers to provide technical information, answer questions and solve issues
- Track the process for large new accounts or new product lines for existing accounts.
- Assisting with quotations, understanding pricing, drafting process and project deadlines.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all technical terms, company products, services, and capabilities.
- Calculate costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of projects and communicate deadlines
- Manage customer projects forecasting, new products and customer requirements, daily, monthly, and yearly.
- Provide project updates on different product stages.
- Resolve any discrepancies.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- 5+ years of inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous aluminum extrusion experience an asset.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product, manufacturing, quote and order processes and customer service best practices.
