About the Opportunity
The Agfa Health Care currently has multiple opportunities for
Receptionist to join our long term healthcare team in multiple locations. We have full-time, part-time, permanent, and temporary positions available
As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide quality care that helps residents meet their emotional, social, cultural, spiritual and physical needs. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with social media management
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Scheduling appointments.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Recent Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 6 months)
Proof of documented results of two-step Tuberculosis (TB) testing
Proof of annual CPR recertification
Previous experience in geriatrics, retirement, or in a long term care nursing facility would be an asset
