How will you contribute?
Open to
The general public to staff one (1) indeterminate full-time position in the Chamber Operations and Procedure Office - Debates and Publications. This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.

Prerequisites
- A degree in a relevant field (ex: language studies, literature, communications, translation) or a combination of training and experience as an editor, copy editor or proofreader;
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience delivering services related to editing, copy editing and/or proofreading in English;
- An advanced ability to edit, correct and refine English grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation;
- Superior knowledge of digital editing software, digital technologies and Microsoft Office software;
- Availability to work evenings;
- Ability to retain information and details or to create tools and methods to synthesize and retain large amounts of information;
- Ability to establish and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to compile, analyze, prepare, organize and maintain information in an efficient manner;
- Demonstrated ability to work simultaneously with different groups in a multi-disciplinary environment.
