We are a busy family dental clinic in Woodbridge. We are looking for a mature, dedicated, and experienced person to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Verify and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Assist with insurance claims and billing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns

**Requirements**:

- 5+ experience working in a dental office setting
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems. Knowledge of Curve Dental Software is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
