**Overview of the Position**

As a Replenishment Analyst at Princess Auto, you will be responsible for managing replenishment plans and communicating with suppliers to ensure required inventory is available in order to meet service levels for our customers.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Managing replenishment and procurement plans including communications with the supplier base
- Reviewing historical trends, research supply drivers, and analyzes replenishment performance to achieve In-stock goals
- Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the inventory performance to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
- Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach to ensure that current and accurate information is used for replenishment planning
- Providing input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and seasonal/discontinued phase outs
- Working with key strategic suppliers to review performance, holding vendors accountable via the vendor compliance program, to continuously improve the replenishment planning process and the flow of inventory
- Preparing and maintaining relevant reports pertaining to replenishment planning process

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field or 1 year of experience (is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong knowledge of Excel
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams (including; vendor relations, warehouses, stores, and supply chain partners)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organization, prioritization and facilitation skills
- This position is an on-site role, based in our beautiful Home Office, which is located at 475 Panet Road, in Winnipeg._
