**Description de poste**:

- _Recevoir les appels et les courriels de clients_
- _Préparer les plans de maintenance quotidiens/hebdomadaires_
- _Diriger la répartition et la coordination pour le service, les installations et la maintenance_
- _Assurer la liaison avec les clients à des fins de planification_
- _Coordonner avec le personnel des opérations et des ventes les questions de personnel et d’horaire_
- _Recevoir/émettre les bons de commande; assurer le suivi des expéditions de matériel_
- _Encourager les clients en leur présentant des opportunités supplémentaires d’achat de programmes de surveillance et de maintenance_

**Qualifications et expérience**:

- _De préférence_, un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en tant que répartiteur(trice) de service dans un domaine lié à la construction
- Capacité à accomplir plusieurs tâches efficacement tout en respectant ou devançant les délais serrés
- **_Doit _**être bilingue (français et anglais) puisque nous sommes une entreprise nationale
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues
- Grand sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails
- Solides compétences informatiques
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
- Disponible à travailler sur différents quart de travail entre 7:00 et 19h30
