This is a key position designed to generate profitable growth in our Window and Door division. We are looking for engaged professionals to attend scheduled appointments with new and existing customers educating them on our products and provide guidance on solutions best suited for their needs.

**Responsibilities / Requirements**:

- Travel within an assigned territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Strategically negotiate with customers to close sales, using current promotions and Financing options available.
- Great communication skills are a must
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Must have access to transportation
- Competency in computers & technology
- Attend sales daily huddle ( M-F)
