**Job Opportunity: Experienced Finish Trim Carpenter**

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in interior/exterior doors, window casing, baseboard, crown molding installation
- Extensive experience in kitchen cabinet installations and finishing trim work
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive within our expanding territory

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute tasks ranging from demolition, framing, and drywall to tiling, trim work, doors, and painting
- Exemplify meticulous attention to detail in all assignments
- Operate effectively in both residential and commercial settings
- Work comfortably with mínimal supervision

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge of power tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Maintain a clean appearance, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and adhere to punctuality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Framing: 2 years (preferred)
- Tile installation: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen cabinetry installation: 4 years (preferred)
- Crown molding installation: 4 years (preferred)
- Interior /exterior door and window installation: 2 years (preferred)
- Finish carpentry: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
