We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Data Administrator to join our Digital Strategy/Marketing team. This position combines the responsibilities of both a Data Steward and a Data Entry Clerk. **This role can be hybrid or fully remote.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Following established procedures and guidelines, supporting firm Partners and their teams with accurate and efficient data entry, data cleansing and data maintenance within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered using various research and validation methods.
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies found in entered data and escalate issues as needed.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from other team members including Administrative Assistants and Partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of data entry tasks
- Ensure that data is properly collected, stored, and maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience working with a CRM
- Experience in a customer service role with a focus on data entry and data management
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and intermediate level Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A flexible and adaptable team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while abiding by accuracy standards
- Ability to learn new software and processes easily

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
