To drive continued success in this exciting clinical research field, we are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our winning team as **Clinical Site Payments Specialist** for our Toronto/Markham, Ontario, Canada, on-site location.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Receive site payment requests and/or invoices from investigational sites and clinical trial 3rd party vendors and review for essential information and request corrections as needed.
- Generate site payment requests and/or invoices from Everest data sources.
- Create and maintain an appropriate tracker for requests and invoices received.
- Confirm/reconcile the contents of the invoices against the Clinical Trial Agreement, when appropriate.
- File invoices on network drives (or specified central locations).
- Obtain necessary approvals (might be from a site or sponsor) in collaboration with other Everest roles.
- Submit payment request along with invoice details to the Finance team.
- Follow-up as needed to reconcile payment status.
- Contribute to the development of documents that facilitate or describe the site payment specialist role.
- Assist in the development of role-specific trackers and reconciliation tools.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of, and adhere to departmental SOPs and guidelines.
- Partner with stakeholders throughout full life cycle of clinical site payments, whether site or Everest generated. Provide ongoing input for improving the efficiency of the processes implemented.
- Plan and carry out professional development.
- Provide support in Clinical Operations, Project Management, or other functional areas as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree life sciences or health related field or in finance or accounting.
- Strong technical writing ability. Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Expert use of the MS Office suite is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (maximum of 5%).
