**SUMMARY**:
McCain Foods is looking for a highly motivated individual who can excel in a fast paced environment and is excited about challenging projects, delivering solutions and working with people. We are seeking a talented, bright and hardworking individual with a proven track record of success.
The primary responsibility of the Continous Improvement Analyst position is to work with Supply Chain stakeholders to identify, capture, gather, analyze, document, validate and implement initiatives to achieve business performance, customer outcomes, end-to-end value, sustainability goals or other key priorities.
This will include designing the business case for proposed projects or architecting enhancements to current process, ownership of large scale projects throughout the project life-cycle, leading large cross functional teams, leading change management efforts, establishing training and developing measurements and KPIs in order to communicate progress and results.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop an expert level understanding of major business processes and associated data within the core McCain Supply Chain areas (Logistics, Planning, or Order Fulfillment as well as a working knowledge of relevant departments (such as manufacturing, marketing, engineering, IT, etc.) and how they integrate into the overall E2E.
- Cross functional awareness with the ability to lead others who report to other parts of the organization. Be able to Lead and participate in cross-functional teams supporting supply chain process improvement projects
- Recommend reporting and KPI tracking related to specific projects to ensure continued optimization and high performance.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals
- Identifies, gathers and interprets relevant data to assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Lead evaluation of opportunities to enable the development of business cases and project plans.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function.
- Develop processes and procedures as needed and as they relate to strategic projects.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at one time while meeting (or exceeding) stakeholder expectations.
- Holding others accountable in order to maintain project scope and timelines.
- The ability to listen to input and feedback from stakeholders, while managing scope creep and filtering out non-relevant information.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- 3+ years Supply Chain experience,
- Thorough, detail oriented with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Previous work with projects as a team member or leader. PMP certification is a huge plus.
- Results focused. Bias towards action, able to analyze multiple pieces of information and act decisively.
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Understand sources of information and is able to procure information effectively.
- Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with internal customers and outside vendors - ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated with leadership skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent problem solving, organization and planning skills.
- Understanding and exposure to SAP transactional research and error resolution would be a plus.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project or Visio a plus.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with SAP IBP, E2Open TMS (formerly BluJay) and PowerBI would be a plus.
- Ability to travel on occasion
