**POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Help Desk Support**

**LOCATION**: Sudbury, Ontario

MacLean Engineering is looking for an experienced **Bilingual** **Help Desk Support **individual**, **to join our IT team within our **Sudbury, Ontario.** This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team, manufacturing heavy mobile mining equipment for our customers world-wide. **About the Position**: _This position will involve, and could require proficiency with any of the following competencies:_
- Assist MacLean Engineering employees at all locations with all help desk related activities including hardware and software support.
- Responsible for the initial setup, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT related hardware and software and ensure the integrity of these assets via periodic audits.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are important to succeed in this role.
- Degree of Certification in an IT related field (or related experience)
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- A+ Certification, LAN/WAN experience an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 office products.
- Knowledge of Bitdefender and Ubuntu an asset.
