Position: Seasonal Camping Branch Administrator

Location: In person, Hybrid or Remote Work available - YMCA Camping Branch, 660 Oakdale Avenue, Sarnia, ON

Start Date: Contract position for Summer 2024

**Salary**: $17.00/ hour

As part of your total compensation:

- Receive a complimentary YMCA membership to our Health & Fitness facilities, and discounts on YMCA child care and camp program
- Be part of a caring and supportive network of people to help each other succeed
- Complimentary access to wellness and counselling services

In this role, you will:

- Work with an experienced and professional camp team supporting two overnight locations in National Parks
- Support our Overnight camp team with parent inquires, camp registrations, and session changes
- Provide excellent customer service to individuals contacting the Camping Branch
- Manage requests for financial assistance through YMCA Strong Kids and third-party providers
- Assist in maintaining accurate tracking and record keeping

Qualifications & Experience:

- This is a position under Canada Summer Jobs. Applicants must be between the ages 15-30
- Must be able to work in high-volume environment, well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Must be highly professional with the ability to maintain a positive attitude where conflicting time demands are present
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must provide a current criminal record check as per the Association’s policy
- A dedication to demonstrate the YMCA core values
