**Job Description**:
Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web project management
- Mastery of the stages of web project development
- Excellent organizational skills allowing for the effective and simultaneous management of multiple files, and the ability to manage schedules and priorities well
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to share knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Sense of initiative, open-mindedness, resourcefulness, and autonomy
- Discipline, rigor, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Passionate about the web and naturally curious
- Comfortable in a multitasking environment where everything evolves quickly
- Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written)

Tasks
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a trust-based relationship with clients.
- Identify business development opportunities.
- Ensure an impeccable customer experience and maintain the agency's good reputation.
- Understand the business challenges and objectives of clients.
- Advise the client and analyze their needs.
- Be proactive in seeking solutions.
- Contribute to defining the digital strategy for projects.
- Establish priorities and manage client expectations.
- Manage and develop various digital projects simultaneously.
- Provide the necessary vision for the success of projects and clients.
- Coordinate team members (strategy, technological development, etc.).
- Draft and present proposals, timelines, budgets, and final reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of CMS WordPress and Shopify
- Understanding of web and programming constraints
- Knowledge of the project management tool Asana (an asset)
- Knowledge of the time management tool Harvest (an asset)
