We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Digital Technology to join our team at Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive strategic initiatives that support our accelerated growth.

About the Role

The Senior Director, Digital Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our supply chain and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and overseeing the vision and execution of a comprehensive sourcing strategic plan, leading the end-to-end Integration Business Planning strategy deployment, and driving the supply chain's digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the vision and execution of a comprehensive sourcing strategic plan
  • Lead the end-to-end Integration Business Planning strategy deployment
  • Drive the supply chain's digital transformation
  • Implement the corporate Indirect purchasing policy
  • Act as a subject matter expert for strategic projects
  • Provide guidance and recommendations for inventory management
  • Lead and enable a high-performance team of professionals
  • Establish and maintain a robust system for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management roles, with demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, integrated business planning, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will also need to have strong leadership skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bilingual French and English is also a requirement for this role.
