- Manage and develop new programs within existing Cascades Recovery+ client portfolio
- Prospecting and adding new business accounts
- Employing a consultative sales approach
- Meeting and exceeding defined monthly financial and volume projections
- Utilizing marketing tools to promote Company programs and services
- Be willing to travel regularly within the territory as needed

- 3 - 5 years of customer facing, Business to Business (B2B) sales experience and/or account management
- Experienced in account maintenance and account retention
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Practical and innovative problem solving capabilities
- Strong time management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
- Ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals and among various departments, sites, functions and levels of the organization
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity
