**Lexus of London is looking for a Concierge to join our growing team**

**Job Summary**:

- maintains Inventory Docket Files in an organized manner, accessible to authorized dealership personnel
- answers inbound sales and services calls
- processes dealer trades
- creates electronic receipts for guest payments
- licenses vehicles and maintains the garage register
- greets guests and records inbound calls and traffic in the CRM
- maintains the guest waiting area and orders supplies for guest refreshment
- ensures that guests are comfortable in the waiting area
- ensures that the showroom and guest areas are clean and floors are dry

**Work Orientation**:

- Considerable teamwork. Much contact with staff throughout the dealership
- Considerable paperwork and filing
- Detail oriented work
- Works with high dollar values
- Confidential information

**What the Work is like**:

- Involves predictable work hours and a varied work flow from day-to-day, and season-to-season
- High volume and high-pressure work environment at times
- Requires working closely with others
- Requires close adherence to dealership policies and procedures
- Requires completion or printout of numerous routine reports as directed by the Sr. Sales Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work congenially in person and on the telephone using proper business etiquette with other dealership staff, the manufacturer, and suppliers
- Ability to perform administrative tasks with precision and in a timely manner
- Ability to prepare regular reports and under the direction of the Sr. Sales Manager
- Ability to prioritize tasks under time constraints
- Ability to operate common office equipment, in-house computer software and PC software especially spreadsheet and database management
- Strong mathematical skills
