Responsibilities:

- Training & Development programming and delivery: from policies to multi-level customer service plan
- Create material to ensure customer excellence at every level within the organization
- Develop and implement Charity outreach strategies to meet organizational goals of being a leader in fundraising for local charities within the GTAA and Ontario
- Manage and maintain charitable relationships, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship
- Organize and conduct meetings with affiliated charities to meet organizational objectives. Focus, follow-up and execute.
- Understand and align affiliated charities fundraising goals, work in collaboration to assist in success complimenting the organizational mission.
- Utilize programs to update and maintain the organization's website and charity platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling materials, including appeals, newsletters, and impact reports
- Conduct research on potential charitable opportunities
- Track and analyze charitable data to measure success and identify areas for improvement

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Charity programs, best practices, and trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
