**CAREER OPPORTUNITY - SALES REPRESENTATIVE**

NSA is a dynamic and growing company in the agriculture industry and part of the AgriHub group of Companies. We are dedicated to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers and industry partners. As we continue to expand our operation, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven personality to join our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales & customer experience: Provides excellent customer experience for in-store and over the phone enquiries. Initiates sales conversation and following-up on leads and opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure efficient and smooth operation and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Driven Personality: We are looking for a driven individual who is willing to learn and grow, possessing excellent customer-facing skills, and is committed to the success of the team.
- Team Player and Go-Getter: Be a collaborative team player, demonstrating a go-getter attitude to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Inventory Management: In collaboration with warehouse manager, receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain accurate records of stock levels. Hands on personality.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and challenges to the store manager.

**Skills Required**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional education in sales and/or marketing is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or tele-sales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficient time management.
- Excellent listening skills and willingness to learn and grow in a fast past environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to acquiring new customers.
- Ability to embody the company's values and culture, serving as the face of the company and fostering a welcoming and comfortable sales environment.
