Nous recherchons un Scrum Master capable d'aider notre équipe de développement à travailler de manière plus efficace. En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de développement, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en vous assurant que l'équipe de développement est sur la bonne voie et que les informations importantes sont partagées rapidement avec les parties prenantes.
- Principales responsabilités:
- Faciliter les réunions quotidiennes, les sessions de planification de sprint et les rétrospectives.-
- Suivre et examiner les progrès et les flux de travail Jira, afin de s'assurer que l'équipe de développement dispose de ce dont elle a besoin pour mener à bien les tâches qui lui ont été confiées.-
- Collaborer avec les propriétaires de produits pour prioriser les fonctionnalités et les demandes des équipes d'implémentation et de support.-
- Identifier et éliminer les obstacles qui pourraient freiner notre équipe, puis travailler avec les parties prenantes pour trouver des solutions.-
- S'assurer que nos équipes respectent le cadre Scrum et comprennent leurs rôles et responsabilités dans ce cadre.-
- Aider à résoudre les conflits et les problèmes qui surviennent au cours du développement, en utilisant vos compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes pour trouver des solutions créatives.-
- Garder un œil sur les mesures clés telles que la vélocité, les diagrammes d'épuisement et le temps de cycle, puis utiliser ces données pour nous aider à nous améliorer en tant qu'équipe.- Exigences préférées:
- Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).-
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master ou Agile Coach.-
- Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM).-
- Expérience du cadre Scrum et des méthodologies agiles.-
- Solides compétences en matière de communication, de facilitation et de coaching.-
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.- *Anglais et français car nous avons des clients dans le reste du Canada et aux États-Unis*-
- We're looking for a Scrum Master who can help our development team work more efficiently and effectively. As a key member of the development team, you'll play a key role in making sure the development team is on track and important information is shared promptly with stakeholders.- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.-
- Montior and review progress and Jira workflows, to ensure the development team has what they need to complete the tasks assigned.-
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize features and demands from the implementation and support teams.-
- Identify and remove any roadblocks that might be holding our team back, then work with stakeholders to find solutions.-
- Make sure our teams are following the Scrum framework and understand their roles and responsibilities within it.-
- Help resolve conflicts and issues that arise during development, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.-
- Keep an eye on key metrics like velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, then use that data to help us improve as a team.- Preferred requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).-
- At least two years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.-
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.-
- Experience of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.-
- Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills.-
- Ability to work under pressure.- *English and French as we have customers in the rest of Canada and the United States*.
