Reporting to the Customer Service & Warranty Manager, the Customer Service & Warranty Administrator is primarily responsible for ensuring homeowners receive the best-in-class customer service and that warranty service requests are fulfilled. The Customer Service and Warranty Administrator is accountable for all activities associated with the preparation and execution of homeowner Pre-Delivery Inspections. This position liaises with internal parties including the Customer Service Manager, Deficiency Technicians and Superintendents as necessary and maintains external relationships with parties including homeowners, Tarion Representatives, trades, property managers, and clients/project owners/developers as applicable.

**Essential Functions**:

- Responsible for ensuring that homeowners receive best-in-class customer service and that warranty service requests are fulfilled.
- Responds promptly to internal and external Customer Service & Warranty queries.
- Performs assigned task work to successfully complete homeowner Pre Delivery Inspections.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Responsible for the administration of pre-delivery inspection process.
- Creates and maintains relationships with homeowners.
- Manages a daily task schedule for Pre Delivery Inspections, alongside Deficiency Carpenter.
- Tracks all Tarion occupancy notices for all the projects and ensures notices are sent out in a timely way.
- **Warranty**:_
- Administers and schedules all warranty work, alongside the Deficiency Technicians, on the various projects, condo projects and otherwise with the assistance of the Customer Service & Warranty Supervisor.
- Understands and ensures we are only performing warranty work that is within our contractual obligations (this varies from project to project).
- Updates, tracks, controls and maintain organized warranty documents and files within BuilderLynx or Procore.
- Processes and responds to service requests by inspecting items, data entry into BuilderLynx and resolving and closing out all work orders.
- Reviews and tracks trends in quality control issues and escalate to Manager where necessary.
- Responds to the needs of the purchasers throughout the warranty cycle.
- Responsibilities and essential functions may be modified depending on business needs.
- Meets with homeowners to review deficiencies and coordinate Deficiency Carpenters access to homes.

**Job Specifications**:

- 1+ years of relevant experience in the mid and high-rise construction service industry.
- College diploma, trade certificate, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s License.
- Proficient with BuilderLynx and Procore Software is an asset.
- Knowledge of Tarion Condominium Construction Performance Guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Tarion Warranty Guidelines.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and convey solutions for problem resolution.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
