**Electronic Arts**:
**Vancouver, Canada or Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid**:
Most companies call it HR. But at Electronic Arts, we made the deliberate decision to brand our organization People Experience (PE). PE is not just a play on words: it’s a team of cultural stewards who carefully create programs and talent strategies that directly improve our teams’ experience. For the better. We help our People achieve the most meaningful work of their careers. We’re responsible for recruiting the best and most diverse talent on the planet. But it doesn’t stop there. We also support their growth through learning programs, internal mobility, affinity group participation, and leadership development. We listen to our employees and dive into analytics to anchor our recommendations and decisions to keep engagement high. Last but not least, we’re responsible for a total rewards strategy that incentivizes equitably, provides outstanding benefits, and ensures a safe and inspiring workplace for our teams.
**About the Team**:
The PE Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is a strategic and operational team focused on driving integration, sequencing, and consistency across the PE organization. The mission of the PE PMO is to have PE generalists that excel in portfolio and project management. Unlike many of our peers in PE who have daily operations or clients to support, our primary responsibilities are to implement global high impact PE projects, manage each PE Center of Excellence's portfolio of work to lead integrated planning, and contribute to PE's operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee high impact projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the strategic goals, and are completed on time, within scope, and meet the success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and successful project delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of work in service of planning; facilitate communication and regular updates to PE leadership and partners.
- Analyze data to provide portfolio insights through dashboards and scorecards.
- Partner with PE Centers of Excellence (Global Talent, Total Rewards, DEI, Real Estate, People Relations) and Partnerships team to align on PE priorities, ensuring the strategic programs support overall organizational goals.
- Be the primary contact for a designated PE Center of Excellence or Partnerships team.
- Guide teams on change management best practices and consideration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate as a connector across the PE organization, helping enhance visibility of the work and collaboration among teams.
- This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the PMO lead.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field plus 8 or more years experience in Strategy/ Management Consulting, HR, and project portfolio management, or an equivalent combination of education (advanced degree) and experience. HR (SHRM), Project management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP), and change management certification desirable.
- Be the trusted advisor and execution expert to project teams, partnering with them on complex challenges and delivering outcomes.
- Natural organizer and experience managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Successfully navigate multi-stakeholder environment to drive clarity and alignment.
- Proven track record of cross
- team collaboration and cultivating relationships.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for differing altitudes and deliver engaging presentations.
- Expert in developing presentations using G Slides / MS PPT.
- Expert in data analysis using G Sheet / MS Excel, and ability to design and implement dashboards for progress tracking and reporting. PowerBI and Tableau experience desirable.
- Prior experience with M&A or Restructuring desirable.
