We are a multi-disciplinary clinic that offers physiotherapy and massage located in SW Calgary.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable person to work a casual Administration position. The successful applicant should be good at communication, detail oriented, have strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills and welcome the challenge of working in a busy, fast paced clinic setting.

There will be an opportunity to work full time hours in February 2023.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Booking new patients and follow up appointments
- Processing payments, direct billing insurance providers
- General administrative duties - filing, assisting patients with paperwork and maintaining patient records
- Corresponding with Motor Vehicle Insurance Adjusters, Workers Compensation Board Case Managers, Alberta Health Services, and other insurance company representatives
- Communicating with practitioners
- Knowledge of how to access all types of Physiotherapy funding
- Assisting patients to the treatment area
- Cleaning treatment space, gym space, and equipment after patient use. Clinic cleaning duties as directed and laundry

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
