**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HubSpot CRM and Formstack, ensuring data integrity, system health, and user support.
- Configure and customize the CRM system to align with our business processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement CRM workflows, automation, and data capture strategies.
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation, including user guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, including contact records, lead information, and customer interactions.
- Monitor data quality and cleanliness, implementing data governance practices and resolving data inconsistencies or duplicates.
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to provide insights on sales and marketing performance and trends.
- Optimize system configurations and workflows to improve sales and marketing efficiencies and enable effective lead management.
- Provide training and support to CRM users, ensuring their understanding of system capabilities, data entry requirements, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and issue resolution related to the CRM system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for system enhancement and user adoption improvement.
- Stay updated on CRM system updates and new features, conducting ongoing education and training sessions for users.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably with expertise in HubSpot CRM and Formstack.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing CRM systems to align with business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM and business intelligence tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to train and support CRM users at various levels of technical proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams to drive CRM initiatives.
- HubSpot certifications or relevant CRM certifications are a plus.
