**Overview**

As an Installation Project Manager, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution of installation projects, from initial quoting to final invoicing. Your role involves liaising with customers, technicians, and suppliers, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with permits and regulations. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, your strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and financial acumen will drive project success. Additionally, your role extends to supporting service dispatch and other team tasks, making you a vital asset in our dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Quote process:_
- Field existing and new customer requests from small projects to large tenders
- Collaborate with install department estimator and Manager to create quotes in our system.
- Schedule site visits for quotes with customers.
- Liaise with technicians and suppliers for material & equipment costs
- Provide pricing for all applicable permits to technicians creating quotes
- Produce our insurance documentation, WCB clearance letters or any required information for our customers
- Manage conversion process of all approved quotes from customers into our system.
- Work at site:_
- Coordinate and schedule approved quotes with customers
- Plan, sequence and manage scheduled work calendar for field technician team
- Order equipment from suppliers for upcoming work
- Coordinate with subcontractors and equipment rental companies
- Coordinate with company truck driver for deliveries to site
- Liaise with property managers/ building operators and customers and provide administrative support to field team for resolving issues.
- Provide progress updates to customers
- Process billing / invoicing for part completed work of larger projects
- Project closure:_
- Reconcile materials and labour time entries
- Review and reconcile new equipment entries into our system
- Manage permit declarations and arrange the coordination of field technicians to meet with city inspectors
- Manage the final invoicing process for all installation work
- Coordinate warranty registration for equipment and recalls to site with service technicians
- Additional Duties:_
- Be responsible for quarterly on-call administration duties including:

- Answering emergency service calls,
- Creating work orders,
- Dispatching the on-call technicians,
- Ensuring all technicians working after hours complete their work safely and do not work alone for more than 4 hours without checking in.
- Occasionally other projects and tasks to support the broader team.

**Key Qualifications**
- Diploma in Project Management or minimum 3 years of project coordination experience in the Commercial Installation / Construction industry strongly preferred.
- Experience working in smaller team/ high growth start-up environment is a strong asset.
- Experience in developing processes, and improving role tasks.
- Ability to manage workflow from end to end independently
- A team player with a service and GSD mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of problem-solving and prioritization skills under time constraints
- Strong understanding of the general construction process, commercial building, property management, HVAC, and /or mechanical trades
- Strong financial awareness and numerical competency
- Value continuous improvement and proactivity.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
