Coordinator/receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain smooth communication within the office.
- Follow office protocols. Control the different office supplies, keep track of them and deal with vendors.
- Maintain and coordinate the office reception facilities as well as the meeting rooms in an orderly manner.
- Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and perform other assistant duties when necessary. Provide support to the different departments when necessary.
- Attend to the weekly meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- One or more years of experience as a personal administrative assistant, office manager or related position
- Accustomed to handling private information and meeting strict deadlines
- Must have qualifications that support the requirements of the position
- Experience using Microsoft Office and other platforms
- Real estate experience, minimum knowledge of accounting and social networks will be an asset.
