**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of progressive retail experience, health-related retail is an asset
- A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic about leading and developing others
- Health-focused and passionate about providing customers with a variety of organic, natural, and diet-specific (i.e. vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) products
- Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
- Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Lead Health and Wellness department team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays
- Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts
- Schedule Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met
- Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team
- Train, develop and motivate Health and Wellness Team Members
- Resolve customer and department concerns and complaints, and provide a positive customer experience
- Champion the Freson Bros. Brand and culture by modeling our qualities of Drive, Integrity, and Growth

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full-Time
- Location: Freson Bros. Rabbit Hill
- Wage: $40 000 - $50 000 /year
