Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice, Soutien numérique épaule l’équipe nationale des ventes, l’équipe du Marketing et le ou la gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes numériques en répondant aux exigences administratives. Cette personne travaille selon les objectifs définis et sous la supervision modérée du ou de la gestionnaire, Appui aux ventes.
**Responsabilités**
- Soutenir l’équipe nationale des ventes, l’équipe du Marketing et le ou la gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques afin qu’ils atteignent leurs objectifs de ventes numériques pour le programme de recommandation de conseillers et AllezEmpire.- Procéder à l’intégration et au suivi des initiatives numériques, notamment le programme de recommandation de conseillers, AllezEmpire et Rapide & Complet.-
- Coordonner les recommandations de clients entre les équipes des Ventes, du Marketing et du Service à la clientèle et les partenaires de la distribution.-
- Fournir des services administratifs au ou à la gestionnaire de comptes stratégiques.-
- Répondre aux questions des partenaires de la distribution concernant les programmes numériques.-
- Effectuer des recherches et collaborer avec les spécialistes appropriés pour appuyer les recommandations et proposer des solutions à des problèmes ou à des demandes complexes.- Envoyer des courriels de marketing de masse.
- Générer des rapports de ventes qui appuient les initiatives numériques, telles que AllezEmpire et les divers programmes de recommandation de conseillers.
- Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de soutien numérique.
- Communiquer efficacement et en temps opportun avec les partenaires de la distribution et mettre à jour les coordonnées de ceux-ci dans la base de données du système de gestion des relations clients (SGRC).
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de la Distribution, Marchés individuels et maintenir un environnement positif.
- Acquérir et maintenir des connaissances et une compréhension des produits de l’Empire Vie.
- Maintenir des connaissances relatives au développement de plateformes numériques, telles que le tableau de bord du conseiller, Envision et Rapide & Complet.
- Soutenir l’innovation continue des actifs numériques en tenant compte des commentaires des partenaires de la distribution et fournir des recommandations stratégiques afin d’améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
- Répondre avec exactitude aux demandes de soutien et satisfaire au niveau de service attendu ou le dépasser.
- Participer aux projets individuellement ou en équipe.
- Agir à titre d’intermédiaire entre les partenaires d’affaires et les partenaires de la distribution pour résoudre les problèmes efficacement et en temps opportun.
**Connaissances, expérience et certification**
- 3 années ou plus d’expérience en services administratifs
- Connaissances exceptionnelles de Microsoft Office (y compris Word, Excel et PowerPoint) et d’autres systèmes de production de rapport
- Connaissances des SGRC/de Microsoft Dynamics
- Expérience de soutien aux ventes, un atout
- Expérience en vente, en marketing et/ou en publicité, un atout
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance et/ou des services financiers, un atout
- Bilinguisme (anglais-français) requis
- Études postsecondaires, un atout
- Souci du détail
- Compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles
- Capacité à établir des priorités dans son travail et à gérer simultanément diverses tâches et divers projets
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
- Fortes aptitudes pour la résolution de problèmes
**Conditions de travail**
- Environnement de bureau : périodes prolongées en position assise en utilisant un ordinateur ou un téléphone ou les deux
- Possibilité de devoir travailler des heures supplémentaires afin de soutenir les exigences du service
- Possibilité de devoir se déplacer pour participer à des évènements de partenaires de la distribution, de temps à autre
