Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Senior Server to join our team. As a Senior Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering orders in a timely and efficient manner as well as supervising the dining room. If you have a passion for the food and beverage industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure that all drink orders are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays or kegs if required

Pay: $16.45-$16.83 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
