We specialize in high volume photography, but we are so much more, and we need someone to help us create awareness for the 'more' stuff.

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is primarily Monday to Friday, and requires a dedicated person who understands how to both engage existing consumers, as well as convert leads using superstar campaigns so expand our clientele. This is a temporary position currently but will turn into a full time position with benefits for the right person.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic across various platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with in house departments to produce visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Maintain the company websites by updating content using HTML and CSS as needed.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product benefits and features.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential for tracking campaign success.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to assist in website management is a plus.
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
