We are seeking an organized, committed, dynamic and energetic addition to our amazing close-knit team in the position of _**Project Assistant**_. This could be a new career path for you with paid training.

PrioriTek Solutions Project Managers manage a portfolio of work orders for repairs and maintenance of commercial buildings from dispatch, coordination of site visits with the client, quoting, monitoring, documenting updates and ensuring complete client satisfaction prior to closing out the work order.

**Project Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Project Assistants work closely with our Project Managers supporting them to ensure our services are performed to meet the highest standards of the client
- During the extensive training period, Project Assistants will learn how they can support our Project Managers with our procedures of:

- Managing the dispatch of vendors/subcontractors for service to the client property
- Managing subcontractors as work is completed
- Sourcing new vendors and sub-contractors as required
- Preparing and submitting quotes in client software within a variety of platforms
- Scheduling ongoing effective communication with the client to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Detailed documentation of progress and updates on all assigned work orders
- Managing work order portfolios to ensure services are completed correctly and to the satisfaction of all parties/client
- Effective communication strategies with clients, vendors, and contractors
- Any other related duties as required to support our Project Managers
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
- Creative problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in providing effective customer service
- Strong computer skills and experience (Excel, QuickBooks Online, Outlook, One Drive and Corrigo an asset)
- High level of attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the changing requirements of the position and performing other duties as required.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work environment
- Ability to take accountability for actions and outcomes
- Previous experience in general contracting, skilled trade or restoration services would be an asset
- Clear Criminal Background Check

**Job Type**:

- Full-time - remote
