Bookkeeper (Part Time) - Bilingual (French/english)

We are a new and forward-thinking Foodservice brand in full expansion mode seeking a bilingual time bookkeeper to join our team.

Here is a list of the tasks you will be expected to perform:

- Match, validate and enter supplier invoices into our accounting system;
- Liaise with merchants and coordinate order details;
- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Reconcile accounts and transactions.
- Generate financial reports.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Perform bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in accounting or equivalent experience;
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
- Competencies: High attention to detail, thoroughness, proactivity, proficiency in Excel and Quickbooks ;
- Language requirements: Bilingual (English and French);
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
