About the Role

What You’ll Do- Accountable for management and implementation of key Investment Division initiatives and deliverables- Manage the Office of the Chief Investment Officer Rotational Development Internship Program, including the management and mentorship of participants- Responsible for Board engagement and Board materials, including assisting in the development and production of the Report of the Chief Investment Officer- Oversight of planning for, and implementation of, the Total Portfolio Committee, Management Investment Committee and any other Committees chaired by the CIO- Partner collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the organization to implement corporate strategy and reinforce corporate values within the Investment Division- Oversight and management of strategic planning and internal and external investment-related communications- Strategic development and delivery of various internal and external stakeholder initiatives, such as attend meetings as a CIO representative, as required; identify and engage guest speakers for committee meetings, work with People Team on internal learning sessions- Lead and advise on special requests/projects as assigned, for example, adhoc asks from the Board or Executive Team

What You Bring- Detail-oriented, with experience supporting teams and balancing multiple complex tasks and priorities- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years’ experience in a related field- Experience working with senior level executives- Strong written and verbal communication skills to compose a variety of correspondence and ensure accuracy of material- Ability to analyze and conduct extensive research related to emerging issues. Proven research, analytical skills and ability to think strategically- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision, as well as a team player-
- Demonstrated critical thinking, listening and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Effectively plans work through defining objectives and anticipating needs and priorities- Highly professional and uses discretion to protect confidential materials- Strong relationship management skills with a collaborative and innovative mindset
