We're an innovative hospitality provider looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to help us
grow our flagship location, Station 1 Coffeehouse in Grimsby, Ontario. We operate unique community focused coffeehouses
which feature premium quality beverage (coffee, beer, wine, etc) and food.
Role Summary...
operational experience to take this destination of choice in the area to the next phase of its evolution.
You will have a proven track record in the design and evolution of
menus and the operational experience to build the framework to efficiently meet the needs of the customer, pivoting as needed based on learning in the early days of your tenure.
Required Work Experience...
- 10+ years food services experience including progressive management roles as Head Chef or General Manager.
- Proven track record in developing and executing new experiences - could include menus including food costing, food preparation (and related supplier sourcing), events management, etc.
- Proven staff leadership skills in a high customer traffic environment with a minimum of 10 years leading food service teams and front of house staff.
- A solid understanding of how to navigate and integrate the front of house, customer facing efforts with the back of house operations.

- Someone who is willing to commit to this venture by agreeing to live in the Niagara area in close proximity to the coffeehouse

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
