Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service in a Airport Hotel is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is beneficial
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software (e.g., reservation systems)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to assist guests
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
