Services Rental Representative is primarily responsible for the evening and weekend rental supervision.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with visitors, members, tours, and renters
- Provision of excellent customer service always.
- Ensure public and visitor safety.
- Closing and securing of facility each shift
- Keep accurate records.
- Help execute all community and special events
- Provide conflict resolution among visitors and volunteers.
- Keep reception and gift shop areas clean and well-maintained.
- Comfortable working extended periods alone and at night.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED Level C certification is considered an asset.
- Security experience is an asset.

**Reports to**: Visitor Services Coordinator

**Wage**: $17.00/hour

**Hours**: Up to 30 hours per week

**Position Type**: Part-time, Permanent

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
