**The Opportunity**
This person will report directly to the Manager of National Operations - Ops Development and consult to field partners - Ops and Business Consultants, Owner/Operators to optimize sales, QSC, profit, and people development with the purpose of maximizing business potential for the Owner/Operator organization. Key customers include Owner/Operators, Field Service Directors, Restaurant Leadership Teams, global Partners and guests.

**Principal Accountabilities**
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Accountable for leading the development and implementation of Operational PACE administration initiatives.
- Manage the Content update program on the Global Data Collection Tool (GDCT), including content input, translation, and validation.
- Manage access requests for GDCT & GPM, handling posting and GPM Performance Matrix / PACE Portal Training requests and providing necessary training.
- Manage and address GDCT or GPM performance issues.
- Provide oversight and maintenance of all Operations PACE resources.
- Works closely with the Operations Manager to implement the annual Operations PACE Market plan.
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive national plan for Operations PACE activation.
- Identify and create new processes to improve the successful execution of Operations PACE initiatives.
- Become an expert in Restaurant Operations and the Operations PACE mindset, providing coaching and root cause analysis to field partners where needed.
- Collaborate with global partners to ensure operating procedures and processes align with approved standards and guidelines.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support restaurants, consultants, and operators when needed (e.g., PACE portal, GPM / Portal, reporting, access etc.).
- Establish strong partnerships in global markets to facilitate collaboration.
- Build and support a wide network within operations to understand field opportunities and needs, constantly striving for operational improvement based on key insights.
- Reviews data and analytics on a regular basis to identify trends and connect to ops development support or resources where required.
- Works within and supports functional team with development of key initiatives for restaurant execution.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of years of relevant experience as a restaurant operations leader or manager
- McDonalds restaurant (or other QSR) operations experience demonstrating an expert knowledge of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey concepts and narratives in a compelling manner across stakeholder groups.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in defining / bringing processes to solve opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep reports and documents organized.
- Energetic leader with excellent social, communication and presentation skills. solid influencing and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects at any given time.
- Ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and demonstrate the One Team approach.
