The People Operations Consultant (Planning Specialist) is an HR professional responsible for the overall execution of the People Experience Programs through Strategic HR Consulting and Hands on HR Operations. This includes Performance Management cycles, Budget Management (HR, Shared Services, Facility), Management of HR Annual Operating Plan, Workforce Planning, and special projects; ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining alignment with current laws, corporate values, and objectives.

**What will you do?**
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating the execution of programs, including Performance Management cycles, Budget Management (Shared Services, Facility), HR Annual Operating Plan, Workforce Planning, and special projects
- Creating innovative HR solutions and staying up-to-date with HR best practices, laws, and regulations
- Supporting Centres of Expertise Projects as per Intake Process
- Improving efficiency or effectiveness within the HR department
- Fostering collaboration between the HR team and other organizational departments
- Reporting for C-Suite and Board
- Managing budgets, tracking, and reporting expenses

**What will you need?**
- 5+ years of experience in Business consulting, HR or Project Management Office roles
- Undergraduate degree in HR or Business is preferred
- Lean or Agile or PMP preferred
- Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated adaptability and resilience
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
