**How You’ll Make a Difference**

As the first point of contact in our Edmonton office, the **Client Experience Coordinator** will work to provide the most exceptional, most caring, and most thoughtful experience to all our guests that visit our space as well as work to evolve, elevate and recognize all aspects our client journey. Additionally, this person will work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall efficiency of the firm.

**You Will**:

- Create an exceptionally inviting and comfortable space for all guests that visit our office establishing trust and confidence in our firm’s services
- Assist our guests by answering questions and directing inquiries to the correct team member, while using out-of-the-box thinking to provide them with anything they need to have an amazing experience while they are with us
- Maintain all our meeting rooms and prepare them for our guests
- Maintain and clean the lounge area as needed to ensure our space always looks welcoming
- Complete advance preparations needed for all meetings, and communicate any issues or follow up requirements with other team members
- Bring a positive and uplifting energy to our client experience with an innate willingness to help, support and care
- Coordinate all catering requests for meetings
- Ensure all team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible by processing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, faxes, couriers, etc.) in an efficient manner
- Support the Client Experience Team in creating an amazing experience for our clients throughout the life of their file
- Address any facility issues or concerns, as they arise and be the primary point of contact for any facility-related messaging and requests
- Work collaboratively to provide additional assistance, which could include requesting and obtaining client records and information, supporting our lawyers and legal assistants with various administrative tasks, and other miscellaneous duties as necessary
