**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately prepare invoicing
- Process invoicing as per the client's contract.
- Ensure the invoicing of approximately 12 aircrafts
- Check and balance the invoicing with the expenses incurred
**Qualifications**:
- Have a sense of organization and the ability to manage several files simultaneously
- Quick to learn, quick to read and good sense of judgment
- Work in a department with a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of the Word environment (Excel-Intermediate)
- Compliance with procedures
- Sense of customer service
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Autonomy and Proactivity
- Professionalism and discretion
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
