**Position Overview**:
The Airline Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Neos products and services to individual and corporate clients. They play a crucial role in increasing revenue and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of the airline industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Generation:

- Actively engage in sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, including corporate entities, travel agencies, and individual traveler.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Create and implement innovative sales initiatives to maximise revenue opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about airline services, including pricing, schedules, and special offers.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure ongoing business relationships and loyalty.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new routes, and emerging market trends to leverage sales opportunities.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, providing valuable insights and updates on sales performance.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including documentation and record-keeping requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- TICO Certification is necessary for this post.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and secure deals.
- In-depth knowledge of airline products, services, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

The Airline Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships within the airline industry. This position demands a proactive and customer-centric approach to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
