The role

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our new and rapidly growing team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our Partner - an iconic Canadian brand that is well known across the country. You will directly support our growth plans from multiple regions and locations while bringing the delivery of "something fresh" to Canadians.

Sales Representatives earn a guaranteed hourly rate, as well as an uncapped commission for each product they help customers open, and bonuses for exceeding targets. You will also be measured on guest experience. Additionally, we're looking for:

  • Enthusiasm to share credit card with guests
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation for travel
  • Money motivated individuals
  • An interest in technology or financial products
  • Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, retail, or marketing is helpful

  • Earnings: We pay a guaranteed hourly rate, plus commission. The average Sales representative can expect to earn approx $25-$30/hour.
  • Up to $100 Signing Bonus: We believe in your success. Get started with funds in your Neo account before your first sale.
  • Career Advancement: We're not your typical team. Full-time opportunities are available with benefits and equity for those who are meeting or exceeding our targets.
