Floral Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides an exceptional customer experience that inspires repeat business.
- Assist in production preparation; set up containers, green containers, etc. as deemed necessary by design or operations manager
- Water plants, and cut, condition, and clean flowers and foliage for storage
- Wrap and price completed arrangements.
- Addresses customers concerns and informs Manager immediately.
- Assist in new product design when asked to do so
- Maintain an organized and clean work station and department
- Assist Design Manager with any clerical needs necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate and interact with other team members in a harmonious way to promote a strong team working relationship
- Be available for event setups and take downs in buildings, halls, churches, or other facilities for parties, weddings and other occasions as needed
- Scheduling consultations and staying on top of our Google Calendar.
- Be available and willing to help in any Beaudry Flowers department when necessary.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
