**Job Summary**

Our busy team is seeking an enthusiastic Body Shop Manager to join our team at Luxuria Auto. The Body Shop Manager would be a an goal-oriented, team-player who is able to manage a busy store and facilitate maximum production. As a manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the shop, ensuring high-quality repairs and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the store.
- Supervise and schedule the work of technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff.
- Train and develop staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties efficiently.
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on repair progress and address any additional needs.
- Oversee the estimation process, ensuring accurate and timely estimates are provided to customers.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate smooth claims processing.
- Manage the workflow in the shop, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of repairs.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials for repairs.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure repairs meet or exceed industry standards.
- Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage the shop's budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the shop's financial performance.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing for parts and materials.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting the shop's performance and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Foster relationships with insurance companies, fleet accounts, and other potential referral sources.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, proposing strategies and initiatives to senior management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a management role within an auto body repair facility.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, industry standards, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience with Mitchell Connect is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality repairs.
