You bring superb technical skills, can-do-attitude, and experience providing outstanding on-site customer service. You'll join an organization that has a great culture and a schedule that allows you to improve your work-life balance. As a Field Service Technician at Moneris, you are a team member that oversees field operations and focuses on installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing electronic devices. You will report to the Team Lead, Field Operations.

**Your Moneris Career - What you'll do**:

- Efficiently troubleshoot problems related to multiple equipment and peripherals such as computers, printers, networks, cash registers and points-of-sale systems.
- Analyze problems and make recommendations to root causes and corrective actions and always ensure that our merchants are satisfied with the issue resolution.
- Install computers, printers, cash registers and points-of-sale systems and upgrade software.
- Build great relationships with our merchants by maintaining a professional attitude.
- Maintain organization of tools, equipment, materials, our vehicle and the workplace.

**Your Moneris Career - What you bring**:

- Post-secondary certificate in electronics, information technology or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- Ability to test and solve problems related to computing and network or point of sale terminals (POS)
- Knowledge of computers, general networking concepts and internet usage
- Great interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and to handle calmly situations ranging from routine to emergency
- Flexible for rotating schedules which includes evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays (schedules are always communicated in advance)
- A valid provincial driver's licence
